The game doesn't load

This problem can have many causes but before proceeding with further investigation, please try these steps first:

- Reload the game;

- Clear your browser cache;

- Restart your computer;

- Update your browser to the latest version;

- Try to play using another web browser (Google Chrome, Firefox...);

- Try to play while using a different internet network (public WIFI, office network...);

- Remove any adblocks or plugins if you have the installed on your browser;

- Try to play using another computer;
