Friendly Team - Improving the "Friendly Team" skill increases the number of farmers that can simultaneously belong to the alliance. Maximum - 20 people.

Gardening - Learning and improving the "Gardening" skill increases the maximum number of fruit trees on the farms of all allies. +5 trees for each level of this skill.

Livestock - Learning and improving the "Livestock" skill increases the maximum number of each animal on the farms of all allies. +2 animals for each level of this skill.

Profit - Learning the "Profit" skill increases the number of coins earned when trading at a trading post and when loading sea merchants' ships. The maximum multiplier is 3.

Entertainment - Learning the "Entertainment" skill increases the number of likes received as a reward for completing levels in the minigames "Pairs" and "Bubbles Pop". +5 for each level of the skill. A maximum of +40 likes for each level of a minigame.

Logging - Learning the "Logging" skill gives you access to a second lumberjack’s house. Improving the skill raises your building level. You can also build the lumberjack’s house in other locations.

Quarry - Learning the "Quarry" skill gives you access to a second stonemason’s house. Improving the skill raises your building level. You can also build the stonemason’s house in other locations.

Mill - Learning the "Mill" skill gives you access to a second mill. Improving the skill increases the number of available production slots.

Kitchen - Learning the "Kitchen" skill gives you access to a second kitchen. Improving the skill increases the number of available production slots.
