Mystical Slots

Mystical Slots can be activated anytime every Saturday from 2am (UTC +0) to the following Monday at 2am (UTC +0).

It lasts for 24 hours once it’s activated. You can find it in your Activity List during that time.

How to activate Mystical Slots?

From every Saturday at 2am (UTC +0) to the following Monday at 2am (UTC +0), the pop up for Mystical Slots will appear. If you do not see the pop up for Mystical Slots, this could be because other pop ups are blocking Mystical Slots. If there are other pop ups showing once your game has loaded, accept them. If this pop up asks you to place a building, or finish a tutorial, please do so. This ensures that these pop ups don’t show up again once your game has reloaded, and this frees the pop up of Mystical Slots, so it can show up.

So be sure to resolve all pop ups, and then keep refreshing your game until the Mystical Slots pop up appears.

Q: Why is Mystical Slots not appearing in my game?

A: 1. Be sure you are in the correct time frame of Saturday at 2am (UTC +0) to the following Monday at 2am (UTC +0).

    2. Be sure that there are no other pop ups at all once your game is open.

• Let’s take the Beach Dance Party for example.

If the Beach Dance Party pops up once your game is open, to activate Mystical Slots, you are supposed to:

1. Accept the Beach Dance Party pop up by pressing “Let’s Dance!”.
2. After that, read through all the instructions, and then close that panel by clicking “X” on the top right corner.

    3.  After that, you will find yourself with the action of placing the Flamenco Music Box by default. Be sure to place the Flamenco Music Box on your Kingdom.

    4. Open the Flamenco Music Box, and then finish the tutorials by following the yellow arrow.

     5. Keep refreshing the game, and resolve other pop ups if there are any, by following the previous instructions on how to resolve the Beach Dance Party pop up, until the Mystical Slots pops up.

• If you don’t accept the pop up of Beach Dance Party, this pop up will keep showing up every time your game has loaded until the time for activating this event is up.

           This is an example of how a pop up will block Mystical Slots from showing up.

• If you accept the pop up by pressing “Let’s Dance!”, but don’t place the Flamenco Music Box on your kingdom, and don’t finish the tutorials either, this pop up will keep showing up every time your game is loaded.

           This is an example of how a pop up with unresolved actions will block the Mystical Slots pop up from showing up.

• If you accept the pop up by pressing “Let’s Dance!”, place the Flamenco Music Box on your Kingdom, and finish the tutorials, then the pop up of Beach Dance Party won’t show up next time you load the game. Keep refreshing the game afterwards and resolve all pop ups like the Beach Dance Party pop up, until you see the Mystical Slots pop up.

           This is an example of how a pop up can be accepted correctly, so that it won’t block the Mystical Slots pop up appearing.

All in all, if there are pop ups showing up after your game has loaded every Saturday from 2am (UTC +0) to the following Monday at 2am (UTC +0), the Mystical Slots won't appear until you have fully resolved the pop ups. Please remember to accept them and not just place the buildings, but also finish the tutorials if you are asked to when accepting them.
